This three bedroom luxury villa, located on nearly two acres of land atop Gift Hill on beautiful St. John, offers guests privacy, spaciousness, and some of the most spectacular views in the Caribbean. The villa consists of a Main House and a separate Master Bedroom Suite connected by a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Located in the Main House, the Great Room features a spacious living area.

In addition, the Great Room also has a large dining area, and a gourmet kitchen.

The Main House First Bedroom  has a 4-poster queen bed, comfortable seating area, complete entertainment center, full bath, and outdoor lounging area.

A Second Bedroom, located in the Main House, has twin beds, large seating area, complete entertainment center, full bath, and an outdoor deck area adjacent to the courtyard.

Adjoining the Courtyard is the Master Bedroom Suite. Featuring a queen bed, full bath, entertainment center, and outdoor seating area, this suite offers the additional benefit of privacy.

A spiral staircase rises from the Guest House to the rooftop deck and spa. From this deck, guests are treated to views to the east of Ram's Head, Reef Bay, and beautiful sunrises. Views to the west are of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and fabulous sunsets.

The outdoor living areas of this villa are among the best St. John has to offer. Guests can enjoy cocktails and casual outdoor dining in the gazebo, courtyard, and large deck surrounded by the gardens of African Tulips, Flamboyants, Lime Trees, and Mahogany Trees.

A deep pool with a large deck offers another area for relaxation, a refreshing swim, and phenomenal views of Reef Bay and the Caribbean Sea!
