Valley View main house which is occupied year-round by the home's owners and
includes a separate stairway and entrance. The owners totally respect the
privacy of suite guests. |

Valley View Suite features a fully-equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished living area. Your kitchen includes all of the necessities to cook and dine at home. If you don't feel like running to the video store to rent a movie, your hosts, Molly and Rich also have a variety of DVD's to choose from. |

Tax
Valley View is "Kid Friendly" and welcomes children of all
ages.
An air-mattress or pack and play is available for additional guests.
*Please note that the owners, Molly and Rich
live in the upper level of this home with their daughters.
They are aware of and respect guests' desire for privacy.
Due to the amount of new villa construction
on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the
control of Book-It V.I.
