Completed in the spring of 1999, Sea Turtle Villa  is one of the top 2 bedroom luxury villas available on St. John.  The villa is located high above the Caribbean Sea in the Skytop area of St. John. Featuring spectacular sea views to the  south and east and mountain views of the Virgin Islands National Park to the north, this contemporary West Indian villa offers its guests the ultimate in privacy and comfort.

The spacious Great Room was designed to provide comfort and utility to the villa guests. With vaulted ceilings, large open interior arches, and ten foot screened openings, the room provides an open, airy outdoors feeling. The entertainment center includes TV, VCR, CD stereo system, books, movies, CDs, and an ample selection of games. The large dining area features spectacular views.

The Kitchen includes all of the amenities that you would expect in a luxury villa, including a large capacity ice-maker. You'll find everything you need to prepare anything from light snacks to gourmet meals. For more casual meals a gas grill is provided on the deck.

The two master bedroom suites feature 4-poster mahogany queen beds, air conditioning, dressing/closet areas, and full baths opening to outdoor showers on a deck or patio garden.

Two additional guest areas, with a shared half bath and outdoor shower, contain full-sized futon sleepers to accommodate up to two additional guests in each room.

The pool, patio, and deck areas offer comfortable furniture for lounging in the sunshine or shade. Take a cooling dip in the pool or relax with a tropical drink poolside while enjoying one of the best views the island has to offer.

Of course, Sea Turtle Villa also provides beach chairs and coolers for your days at the beach. The villa also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for the convenience of villa guests. For your additional comfort, ceiling fans are located in every room.

*Rates do not include 8% VI Room Tax. 
Some holidays are subject to higher unpublished rates, call us.
Thanksgiving - 7-night minimum $3700/wk
There is a 5-night minimum stay off-season, and a 7-night minimum stay in-season.
There is a 10 night minimum stay during Christmas/New Year's season at $5800/wk.
A $500 refundable Security Deposit is required. 
Sea Turtle Villa is a "non-smoking" villa. 
The villa is not recommended for families with children under 8 years of age.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
    Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
