NOTES
SkyRidge is one of our favorite properties. Located ridge-top in Upper Carolina, it offers magnificent panoramic views of the British Virgin Islands. Bordering the National Park and located 600 feet above sea level the views don't get much better than this. The top level also features two large decks with outdoor seating as well as a hammock. Sitting outside and watching the birds and hundreds of sailboats that navigate the Sir Francis Drake Channel daily is a peaceful and entertaining experience. The upper level of the villa features the spacious Great Room and open Kitchen with glass sliders on either side of the house. The master king bedroom offers an en suite bath with a great outdoor shower. The second upper bedroom offers a King bed (which can be converted into twins upon request) and a private bath. For larger groups the lower level of SkyRidge offers 1200 additional square feet with 3 additional bedrooms (King/Queen/Twins) as well as a full kitchen and living room and decks. Perfect for families traveling with grandparents! The lush one-half acre professional landscaped garden is home to many birds and is constantly in bloom with tropical plants. Pick your own bananas, papaya, mango, coconuts, soursop, cashews, guava and lime from the fruit trees in season. The decorative tile pool is one of the most relaxing on St. John and has beautiful mountain views by day and countless stars and lights by night.
