Sea Dream, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located in the prestigious Chocolate Hole North area of St. John. Completed in 2004, this wonderful villa provides exceptional views, comfortable accommodations, and total privacy.

	The Great Room consists of a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with full entertainment system, and dining area for six guests. The Great Room is tastefully decorated with furnishings of a Caribbean flair. The large deck off the Great Room also offers a comfortable outside dinging area.


Located on either side of the Great Room are the two main level bedroom suites. The villa boasts a king bedroom suite with private bath and a second twin bedroom (easily convertible to king) with private bath. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and open onto the large main level deck area with comfortable furniture for reading or relaxing.


The pool level of the villa offers a Queen bed with an attached private bath. The area is air-conditioned and open onto the spacious pool deck area with sitting and lounging furniture.

The villa features a large (12' x 17') pool, lounging deck with comfortable furniture, and wonderful views of Chocolate Hole and the Caribbean Sea.

This villa offers gorgeous water views, beautiful furnishings, and complete privacy in a professionally landscaped tropical garden setting. Conveniently located in Chocolate Hole, the restaurants, nightlife, and duty-free shopping of Cruz Bay is a short 7 minute drive away.
