Your extensive view includes St. Thomas, Sir Francis Drake Channel and on to St. Croix on a clear day.

Your fully equipped kitchen will make eating at home a breeze.
The Living Room and Kitchen are both fully air-conditioned, keep you cool on those warm Caribbean days.
The living room is equipped with a full entertainment center, complete with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and CD players.

Sea Cruz offers 2 bedrooms both tropically decorated and fully air-conditioned. The master suite also offers a table to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and view. Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed and attached bathroom.

After a long day at the beach, Sea Cruz will invite you to unwind in the private pool. Or perhaps skip the beach and just lounge all day in your own private Caribbean escape.

Sea Cruz welcomes children over the age of 8.
There is a lower apartment that is sometimes owner occupied.
Sea Cruz also has a $500 refundable security deposit due with final payment.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
