Finally, an upscale sail charter for guests that expect a "first class" sailing experience and a "first class" dining experience. Snorkeling, Sailing and Fine Dining...is there really a better way to spend a day of your vacation? Your host aboard "ScubaDu is Captain Joe Mellen. Joe is a fully-licensed US Coast Guard captain with worldwide sailing experience and is also a PADI-certified scuba diving instructor. The galley and salon areas are large and include a full navigation center, an ample entertainment center and inside seating and dining area. The cockpit area is large and comfortable. Enjoy a glass of wine and pick out your favorite music. A full "Bimini" cover provides ample shade from the bright midday sun. ScubaDu's wide 25' beam allows for plenty of deck and trampoline area for sunning. This total experience of upscale sailing includes gourmet lunches, appetizers, and dinners carefully prepared to the guests' request. Captain Joe enjoys his role as king of the barbeque. His jerk chicken is a favorite with guests. However, your first mate will prepare most of the meals in the fully-equipped galley. Appetizers include selections such as savory crab cakes, Shrimp backed in garlic herb butter topped with havarti cheese. For Dinner sails, choose from such appetizing entrees as Yellow Fin tuna, Beef Tenderloin or Marinated Pork Tenderloin. Your tastebuds will love you!
