This casually elegant home is located in Estate Carolina, 750 feet above the beautiful waters of Coral Bay. Originally designed for a family after a six year sailing adventure around the world, this house has fabulous nautical touches throughout. The Great Room of the Sail Loft offers fabulous views, a spacious living area, and fully equipped kitchen. Between the sofas is a flat screen TV, complete with Cable and DVD.
The beautiful mahogany doors open up to a beautiful deck and allow for beautiful natural lighting in the Great Room. The Master bedroom offers a beautiful hand crafted queen four poster bed on the main level. The lower level of the villa offers spacious decks and three spacious airy bedrooms. The lower master bedroom has a king bed, private bathrooms and a small kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee-maker and more. This bedroom also opens up onto a private screened porch overlooking the spa deck. The additional two bedrooms offer a shared bath and king beds.
