Notre Ciel is a new "Caribbean-style" villa designed for your
comfort and convenience. Beautifully landscaped and decorated in bright colors, beautiful
teak and rattan furniture, the villa features artwork by local artisans.
The mid-island location offers the guests convenience to the best St. John has to offer. Perched on the mountainside just east of Bordeaux Mountain, the villa is just minutes from the famous northshore beaches of the Virgin Island National Park yet only a short drive to the excitement of Cruz Bay or shops and restaurants of "laid-back" Coral Bay.

The Great Room offers ceiling fans, a large dining area, comfortable furniture, a telescope for stargazing, and unbelievable views of the sea and neighboring islands. Also included is a telephone, cable TV, VCR, CD/cassette player, and radio. |  |

| Booking Information: The rental rates above do not include the 8% V.I. Room Tax. Rentals may begin on any day of the week with a minimum rental period of 7 days. Based on scheduled rental dates, we may consider stays of 5 or 6 days. Upon a verbal agreement to reserve the villa, a deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental amount plus the appropriate tax is required and must be received within 7 days of booking. The balance of the total rental amount and tax is due 60 days prior to your date of arrival. A $500 security deposit is required with the final payment and will be returned within two weeks of the departure date of the rental. |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all monies unless the villa can be rerented for the same time period. If rerented, all monies will be refunded less a 10% service charge based on the total rental amount. |
| Special Notes: Notre Ciel is a NON-SMOKING environment. Pets are not permitted. |
Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John,
it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the
control of Book-It V.I.
