Completed in the fall of 1998, this four bedroom, four and a half bath luxury villa offers total privacy, convenience of location, and the most phenomenal views available on our beautiful island. High atop Bordeaux Mountain, in a garden of tropical flowers and trees, every room provides breathtaking views of nearby Coral Bay, East End, the British Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean Sea! The famous, white sand northshore beaches of St. John are only minutes away.

The Great Room is beautifully decorated with Caribbean artwork and comfortable furniture. The list of amenities include, cable TV, DVD, and a complete CD stereo system.

The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped and includes bar seating for several guests. The dining area has a large, antique table with comfortable seating for up to eight guests.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king four-poster bed, private balcony, and one of the villa's best views, particularly at sunrise and moonrise.


Located across the patio from the main house, two additional king bedroom suites, each with their own private baths and decks, offer privacy, comfort, and spectacular views.

A fourth bedroom with twin beds and a private bath is located poolside.


The showcase of Mystic Ridge is the large pool and spa area. With a casually elegant outside dining area, a spa for evening stargazing and daytime relaxation, and the refreshing pool, this villa features an outdoor living and recreation area unparalleled on St. John.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental (including tax) is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is also required with final payment.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
