to a variety of managers and owners on island.  

For a small start up and design fee Book-It V.I. will come out to your villa, shoot photos and design a webpage to be added to our continually growing site.  
Once your custom site is designed and online, we'll be ready to "Book-It" for you!

The Book-It V.I. site is one of the top St. John villa rental sites.    With our vast marketing, advertising and web-design skills, we are constantly working on our webpage to better serve our clients and owners.
Our services are based on a commission structure, so both parties are  benefited by us bringing guests to you.  We hand select all homes on our page to ensure that our guests have the St. John Experience that best suits their needs.
