The Great Room features an indoor living and dining area. A large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Sliding glass doors open to the outdoor living area. Comfortably furnished, this covered deck area is a wonderful place to view the Caribbean Sea and the spectacular sunsets over St. Thomas.

The two air-conditioned bedroom suites have king beds, large private baths, and doors opening onto the main deck.

The pool and spa are located on the lower level. A large deck surrounds the pool and a covered area provides a shaded area for those who wish a short escape from the sunshine. The spa is located in a beautiful garden setting with great views of the sea.

Located on a quiet hillside overlooking St. John's main town of Cruz Bay, "Mandavilla" offers guests one of the island's most convenient locations. Restaurants and shopping are only 2 minutes away. The nearest public National Park beach at Hawksnest is a short 10 minute drive away.

"Mandavilla" welcomes children over 12 years of age.
Please note that there is a design consultant who builds houses and renovates hotels that lives in the middle level of this villa. He has lived in the islands for eighteen years and is a great source of information. He can be very helpful and is very aware of your desire for privacy.
There is a 10-night minimum for Christmas/New Year's Weeks.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
