This lovely, well-maintained 2+ bedroom villa overlooking Coral Harbor is comfortable and economical.

 Perched on a hillside overlooking beautiful Coral Bay Harbor and the village of Coral Bay, Louisenhoj is a favorite villa rental for couples and small families. With expansive decks for lounging, sunning, and even outdoor dining, the villa uses the magnificent views to enhance the vacation experience of its guests.

Comfortable island-style furnishings and artwork give the Great Room living and dining areas a true feeling of home.  Just steps away, through the many sliding glass doors, are views of Coral Harbor, the Caribbean Sea, and the Virgin's "down islands". The room  has a full entertainment center consisting of a CD player, VCR, and cable TV.

The kitchen and dining area is also part of the Great Room. The island dining counter easily seats six. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, blender, gas oven, and refrigerator.

The main floor is also home to two queen bedroom suites, each with sliding glass doors opening onto open decks. The master suite features a double sink vanity and a private outdoor shower. The second bedroom also boasts a private bath.

A spiral staircase leads from the Great Room to a spacious Loft living area with another large deck.
The loft features a queen bed with a movable privacy screen, a futon couch which easily converts to a queen bed, a small table and small library of books for quieter moments of relaxation. The loft can accommodate up to four additional guests comfortably.

Louisenhoj offers some of St. John's best views from its many decks. Extremely popular with our guests, the decks enhance the feeling of outdoor island living.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
   Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
