In addition, the famous northshore beaches are only a short, 15 minute drive away.

The second level of the villa features a large Great Room with spacious dining and living areas.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a wet bar, Jenn-Air stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and toaster oven.

The large master queen bedroom suite has great views. An attached den area provides quiet space for relaxation and includes a single bed for an additional guest.

	Three additional bedrooms are located on the first level (one full, one with two full, one with two twins). Each of the rooms affords wonderful views, ceiling fans, and cheerful decor.  A Caribbean-style bathroom has been added off one of the downstairs bedrooms.

With the atrium area as a focal point, over 1000 square feet of deck area offers guests nearly 270º of mountain and ocean ocean views! For barbecue and casual dining, a Weber propane grill is located off the Great Room.

Other amenities of note include a telephone, washer and dryer, TV, VCR, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear.
