This 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa with a pool is located 400 feet above beautiful Coral Harbor and cooled by gentle breezes throughout the entire year. The convenience and fun of the quaint village of Coral Bay, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is less than 5 minutes away!

	The entry to Island Dreams is through the beautiful garden and courtyard area. Once inside the villa, you will be amazed by its casual elegance, comfortable furnishings and wonderful water views. The Great Room area has a powerful split air-conditioning unit. But, with the breezes in this location, you will probably never use it.
	Your gourmet kitchen is equipped everything you might need. Appliances include a full oven and flat cook top, large refrigerator with an ice maker, and a convection/microwave oven. Of course, other kitchen amenities are included, such as blender, coffee grinder, and coffee maker. The intimate dining area for just the two of you is also located in the Great Room.
