The upper level of the house offers a spacious bedroom with private bath.  
The pool level of Choco Cruz offers 2 additional bedrooms, one with twins, with a shared bath, perfect for the teens in the group!
All three bedrooms offer zone air conditioning

One of the highlights of Choco Cruz is it's spacious deck area with large pool. 
The pool also offers built in jacuzzi jet seating, perfect for relaxing at the end of a day in the sun and sand.
Or hang out in the shade at the best pool bar that the islands have to offer.  
A poolside Pina Colada and you'll forget all of your worries.

Choco Cruz only accepts stays from Saturday to Saturday
This villa is now accepting small children with the addition of a safety net around the pool.  
Installation fee of $150 will be added for any children under the age of 2.

Choco Cruz also has a $500 refundable security deposit due with final payment.

Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental.
  Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside the control of Book-It V.I.
