the Company
Book-It
V.I. is a fully-licensed, professional marketing and
property management company
based on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The company provides marketing and
management services to a variety of St. John Villas and Condos,
as well as marketing services for nearly 75
private villas.
Our management philosophy is consistent with the way we live our own lives. Simply, we treat our guests, unit owners, and employees in an honest, respectful manner that is fair to everyone.
We will provide our guests with the highest level of quality and care that we can provide. Every member of our company, from the president to the grounds maintenance personnel, understands your right to expect our properties to be well-maintained, clean, and safe. We respect your desire for privacy. We will provide our products to you, at rates that are competitive in the St. John market, while providing an adequate return on investment to the individual and a reasonable profit to the company.
About the Management
Our company is much more than a philosophy. We are a group of individuals working toward common goals.
Book-It V. I. has operated on St. John for over 10 years and our sister company, Park Isle Villas, Inc. has operated on St. John for over 10 years. Book-It V.I. management assumed operations of Park Isle Villas, Inc. on July 1, 2001.

After graduating from Penn State University,
Christy went to work full time for Celebrity
Cruise Lines as a Youth Supervisor. For the first 6 months or so, she was
based out of the Caribbean, which made St. John an easy spot for a home base
(plus mom and dad were there already). After a number of contracts aboard
Celebrity and Cunard Cruise Line ships, designing and developing youth
programs and seeing the world, Christy decided to
try sticking on land. |

When
leaving the mainland, all of Bill's friends questioned if he could live without
a golf course. Bill has proven that there is life after golf and has
submerged himself into scuba diving.
Bill and Cathy (see below) moved to the island in 1995, tossing away the
corporate world (advertising, to be specific) and not looking back. Both
quickly adjusted to island living and haven't thought twice about their
"life-change". Bill's background of sales
and marketing combined with his knowledge of computers makes him invaluable in the
office. Bill founded Book-It V.I. in 1997. Using his computer background and his island contacts, he started building web pages for various excursions and homes on the island. The rest, well, is history in the making...He is now using his marketing and sales background as our in-office real estate "guru". He has quickly become one of the islands top Realtors. If you don't find him in the Book-It V.I. office, you can probably find him hanging out at Island Blues in Coral Bay with the guys or in the sea enjoying his own private underwater world. |

When not managing Christy's stores, Cathy can be found in the offices of Book-It V.I. answering phones and assisting with e-mail. Priding herself as the companies' #1 employee, she is quick to answer any incoming calls to assist clients in planning their St. John vacations. She also prides herself as Wife and Mother to her bosses and she is still the Queen of the family and business! As long as her constituents remember this, all goes well. |
